“Immigrant youth of United We Dream Action are proud to announce our last endorsements of this campaign season. These candidates are running as proud champions of immigrant communities. They’ve shown their support of UWDA’s Free to Move, Free To Stay platform for justice. We know that the work doesn’t end after the election, that’s when it begins. We will hold these elected officials accountable when in office. We will also work to get Trump out of the White House and to defeat his Republican enablers, so that our leaders and our movement can work with the champions to deliver on solutions that help people without hurting people.” said Cristina Jiménez, co-founder of United We Dream Action.

“During this campaign season, immigrant youth sent a clear and strong message to electoral candidates across the country: you can either run against immigrants or in support of immigrants. These candidates have shown us that they are the bold, progressive and pro-immigrant candidates that our communities need representing us. This election is the fight of our lives. Over the next two months we will continue to remind voters what’s at stake. We know that the best way to protect DACA recipients and our communities is by voting Trump and his enablers out of office. I can’t wait to cast my first vote in this election with my community in mind.” said Gabriel Madison, UWDA member and first time voter.
